My name is John Pope and I am a Life and Health agent contracted with most of the major carriers in CA. I have a background in coaching and volunteering for youth sports. I coached a lot of softball over the years from city league softball to travel softball to high school softball. What I found most rewarding was when all the confusion and anxiety cleared away and everything they had been learning just clicked. I find the same enjoyment when I am able to help clear up the anxiety and confusion that comes with trying to figure out health care over 65. I pride myself on finding options that covers all the clients needs: financial, doctors and medications, even if they don't become a client. Options is the key and then we discuss the pros and cons of each plan so the client can make the best decision for themselves.

 

I am a full time Health agent and focus on T65 events year round. This is where I host lunches for those turning 65 in the next few months and explain Medicare and insurance options. This gives them a few months to line everything up and allows us to look at options available to them or they may decide to remain with their group employer for a while longer.

There is continuous education and learning year round and I am always eager to learn of new opportunities that will benefit my clients and potential clients. I want to be the End All resource for my clients and am plugged in directly to the local health insurance company broker managers. This helps expediate any issues or concerns my clients have.

I am busy being on the road a lot but I am never too busy to be a resource to you, your family or your friends. I want to be your agent and primary source of contact when it comes to healthcare for as long as you want me to be.
